Features
- Construction and Durability: Made of high-strength steel plate with electrostatically sprayed orange-stripe moulding powder. Surface is easy to clean, scratch-resistant, impact-resistant, and durable. Multi-layer fireproof gypsum board insulation for fire prevention in cabinet compartments.
- Door Operation and Safety: Semi-automatic door can be manually opened or closed under normal conditions. Built-in fuse connection system automatically closes the door at 122°F (50°C) during a fire to protect stored items. Damping screw adjusts door force for smooth operation.
- Ventilation and Fire Protection: Baffle plates of ventilation holes automatically close at 158°F (70°C) during a fire. Ventilation system can connect to exhaust pipes or circulating air filters.
- Sealing and Safety Measures: Heat-sensitive materials in door and joint areas expand during fire to seal interior gaps.
- Security Features: Each door has a separate cylindrical lock to prevent unauthorized access. Reflective warning labels: For visibility during emergencies.
- Leakage Control: Detachable bottom leakage groove with guide plates on three sides. Perforated inserts effectively catch and contain liquid spills from shelves.
- Shelving and Load Capacity: Includes 3 adjustable steel laminates with 32mm spacing intervals. Each shelf supports up to 75kg and features a 30mm turn-up to prevent spills.
- Adjustability and Stability: Adjustable levelling feet at the bottom ensure stability on uneven surfaces.
- Grounding and Safety Standards: Electrostatic grounding conductive port facilitates static grounding conductor connection.
