About the Role
Udyogi Plastics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Technical Purchase to manage end-to-end procurement of technical, engineering, tooling, and precision components.
The role involves vendor development, technical sourcing, cost negotiation, purchase planning, and coordination with production, tool room, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Technical qualification in Engineering/related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
· 4–6 years of experience in technical purchase, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience in mold making, injection molding, tooling, CNC machining, fabrication, or precision components.
· Strong understanding of BOM, RFQ, technical drawings, tolerances, and material specifications.
· Hands-on experience in vendor development, vendor management, and cost negotiation.
· Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP/Tally and MS Excel.
· Willingness to travel to vendor facilities when required.

Key Responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end procurement of technical, engineering, and tooling components.
· Understand BOMs, RFQs, technical drawings, specifications, and communicate requirements to vendors.
· Source raw materials, molds, dies, precision parts, and machine components.
· Develop and manage vendors for tooling, machining, fabrication, and precision components.
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
· Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Quality, and Engineering teams.
· Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
· Prepare purchase orders and track order execution.
· Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
· Visit vendor facilities to assess capacity and delivery capabilities.
· Ensure quality compliance, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
