About the Role

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Graduate with 1-year Technical Diploma in International Business & Supply Chain.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in SCM, Planning, Logistics or Factory Operations.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory and supply chain operations.
- Experience in Export Operations / International Logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel to factory locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage production planning as per demand and business requirements.
- Coordinate procurement, production, warehouse, dispatch and logistics.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods.
- Plan and monitor domestic and export dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters and freight forwarders for timely shipments.
- Handle export shipment coordination and related documentation.
- Track shipments and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain MIS, planning and inventory reports.
- Drive process improvement, cost control and operational efficiency.
