About the Role
Udyogi Plastics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Safety Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate safety training programs for employees and internal stakeholders.
The role will focus on PPE, fall protection, workplace safety, hazard identification, risk mitigation, and product training while ensuring alignment with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience
· Engineering/Technical qualification with certification in Safety Training.
· 6+ years of experience in safety training/industrial safety.
· Strong exposure to PPE and Fall Protection safety practices.
· Experience in PPE industry will be preferred.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Experience in conducting classroom and on-site training.
· Willingness to travel across locations as required.
· NEBOSH/IOSH certification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct safety training sessions on PPE usage, fall protection equipment, workplace safety, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.
· Develop training modules, manuals, and presentations aligned with industry standards and company policies.
· Provide product training on PPE and safety solutions.
· Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-site observations.
· Stay updated with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
· Coordinate with Sales & Operations and HR teams across different locations to identify training needs.
· Conduct customized training programs, demonstrations, and safety awareness sessions.
· Maintain training records, reports, and related documentation.
